About Our Founder
Premkumar Bilavath was born into a modest family with a strong ambition to become an IPS officer from a young age. Driven by a desire to serve society, he began preparing for UPSC early in life. However, after getting married in 2021 during his graduation, he faced new responsibilities that required financial stability.
He initially ventured into entrepreneurship by building a platform to connect local businesses, but the startup could not succeed due to unforeseen challenges. Instead of giving up, he used that experience as a turning point.
While in Hyderabad, he discovered the immense potential of land as a long-term wealth creation asset. With no prior background, he started from the ground level in real estate, gaining expertise in field operations, customer understanding, and land verification.
On October 24, 2024, he founded Sri Land Infrastructure, focusing on verified agricultural lands and long-term investment opportunities.
