Our Story
Sri Land Infrastructure was founded on a simple belief: every real estate investment should begin with trust, transparency, and proper verification.
The company was established by Premkumar Bilavath, whose journey began with a strong desire to serve society. While preparing for the UPSC, life brought new responsibilities that led him toward entrepreneurship and eventually into the real estate industry.
Starting from the ground level, he gained practical experience in land sourcing, field operations, document verification, customer guidance, and market research. Through this journey, he realized that people don’t just need properties—they need trusted guidance to make confident investment decisions.
On 24 October 2024, Sri Land Infrastructure was officially founded and inaugurated by his father, Mr. Bilavath Chandra, marking the beginning of the company’s mission to build trust in real estate.
Today, Sri Land Infrastructure specializes in Verified Agricultural Lands and Verified Open Plot Projects across Hyderabad and Telangana.
