I am Premkumar Bilavath, Founder of Sri Land Infrastructure. My journey began in February 2023, when I moved to Hyderabad seeking new opportunities. One day, I happened to find a real estate brochure, which sparked my curiosity and inspired me to explore the industry.
As I researched further, I discovered that many companies were focusing on ventures, apartments, and villas, but there was no clear system dedicated to agricultural lands. This gap motivated me to study the market more deeply.
For 1.5 years, I analyzed the real estate industry, identified the problems faced by investors, and worked on designing practical solutions. From this research, I built a safe and transparent structure that helps both buyers and sellers make confident decisions in agricultural land investments.
